Entry Criteria

ENTRY CRITERIA

Entry  requirements for the Certificate in Evangelism and Certificate in Ministry Programmes are as follows:

For International students for whom English is not a native language a successful IELTS score must be obtained before applying.

IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 525 for Ministry Courses

Additional application requirements

All students enrolling into a Ministry course must submit a one page essay stating why you want to do this course and what area of ministry you are interested in ie Counselling, Missions, Church. Please also describe your strengths and weaknesses in an academic environment.

Entry requirements into the Certificate in Christian Ministry ( Part 2 of Army). Completion of the Certificate in Evangelism is required or prior experience in ministry as approved by the Course Supervisor.

A Pastor’s reference and Medical Form is required for this course unless student have completed Army Part 1 - Certificate in Evangelism within the  same academic year.

We strongly recommend that students stay  onsite for the duration of the course.

 

Entry requirements for the Certificate in Christian Ministry Internship and Diploma in Christian Ministry Internship Programme are as follows:

All students enrolling into a Ministry course must submit a one page essay stating why you want to do this course and what area of ministry you are interested in ie Counselling, Missions, Church. Please also describe your strengths and weaknesses in an academic environment.

For applicants enrolling into this programme must successfully complete the Certificate in Christian Ministry L4 or higher relevant tertiary study or prior ministry experience as approved by the Course Supervisor.

A completed Pastors Reference must also be included.

Students must be a minimum of 17 years of age for all courses. International students must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
