Lifeway College was founded in 1986. Lifeway College is a tertiary education provider whose mission is to equip students through professional training delivered by qualified instructors in an innovative learning environment. The training is intended to enable students to participate effectively in society, open up opportunities to enter into various vocations, and prepare them for further study at higher levels. Graduates are intended to play a key part in the economic and social development of the nation through involvement in many different sectors of society.
Lifeway College endeavors to deliver courses that are academically strong and relevant to the related industry. One of its key characteristics is that it approaches training from a practical, hands-on position. Students engage in field work and real-life case studies, applying principles learned in class. Mentoring programmes and practical components within the course structures further facilitate this approach to training.
